Ski Town Transportation is hiring Reservation Customer Service Agents in the greater Steamboat Springs area! We are looking for professional outgoing individuals who can provide a first class experience to our guests. No prior experience in transportation is necessary, customer service experience is a plus and will train the right candidate for this position.

Our customer service agents are responsible for many of the first impressions our guests have when contacting our reservation department. With the latest and greatest technology and systems, we are able to give our agents the option to work remotely from the comfort of their home, with our complete home office programs. Responsibilities of this position include, answering incoming calls for reservations, driver locations, modifications, partners, and more. Must be willing to train on our reservation software and phone systems, great computer and telephone skills is a must!
