Seeking Qualified, professional CDL Passenger drivers, for a local transportation service serving Steamboat Springs this upcoming winter. Must have experience in mountain driving, provide driving record (no major violations), consent to a background check, DOT physical exam, DOT Drug and Alcohol monitoring program and abide by all DOT regulations. This position is for a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with passenger endorsement. We provide regular shuttle service between Steamboat Springs and the Hayden Airport (HDN/Yampa Valley Regional Airport). Must have experience driving full-size SUVs, Large vans and Mini Coach busses, Winter driving, customer service or hospitality service, able to lift up to 50lbs, and able to provide a first class service to our guests. Great part time job to supplement income and earn great tips!

• Consent to MVR check (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Have current valid US drivers licenses
• Pass DOT Physical Exam

• Experience in guest services
• Ability to operate vehicles in all weather conditons
• Great communication skills one various forms of communication
• Keeping vehicle clean at all times, including washing interior and exterior at times

We offer trips all over Colorado to/from Steamboat. Must provide driving record (no major violations), consent to a background check, and general medical physical exam. This position is for either a non commercial drivers license position or CDL Position (CDL not required, but preferred). We provide regular shuttle service between Steamboat Springs and the Hayden Airport (HDN/Yampa Valley Regional Airport). Must have experience driving full-size SUVs, Large vans, Winter driving, customer service or hospitality service, able to lift up to 50lbs, and able to provide a first class service to our guests. We are hiring immediately for this upcoming winter ski season, with both full and part time positions available.

Ski Town Transportation is hiring Airport Guest Service Agents at The Yampa Valley Regional Airport in Hayden, CO. Airport Guest Service Agents are the first impression for our guests arriving at the airport, providing a first class service is an absolute must!

Guest Service Agents are responsible for greeting our arriving passengers, assisting with finding their drivers/shuttles, making reservations for walk up guests, and managing our terminal desk in baggage claim. Must be great with computers and willing to train on our reservations systems and work directly with airport staff to assist passengers in securing ground transportation. General hours of operation are daily 8am-6pm at the Yampa Valley Regional Airport in Hayden, CO, with additional hours as needed. Prior customer service experience is a plus but willing to train the right candidate who will go above and beyond for our guests.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Greet arriving guests at airport terminal desk
• Make reservations for guests
• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate good people skills

• Maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Direct guests to proper shuttle/driver
• Respond to general inquires and emails
• Be willing to stay late or assist during irregular operations
• Use our reservation and dispatch system
• Interacting with drivers and issuing manifests
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems
• Highly motivated individual
