Ski Town Transportation is hiring Hayden Airport Guest Service Agents at They Yampa Valley Regional Airport in Hayden, CO. Airport Guest Service Agents are the first impression for our guests arriving at the airport, providing a first class service is an absolute must!

Guest Service Agents are responsible for greeting our arriving passengers, assisting with finding their drivers/shuttles, making reservations , answering phone calls, and maintaining a presence at our terminal desk in baggage claim. Must be great with computers and willing to train on our reservation system. Our airport staff often works directly with airport staff to assist passengers in securing ground transportation. General hours of operation are daily 8am-5pm at the Yampa Valley Regional Airport in Hayden, CO, with additional hours during irregular operations. Prior customer service experience and a positive attitude is a must! We are willing to train the right candidate who will go above and beyond for our guests/passengers.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Greet arriving guests at airport terminal desk
• Make reservations for guests
• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate good people skills
• Answer incoming phone calls and maintain radio contact with drivers
• Resolve customers concerns or questions
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Direct guests to proper shuttle/driver
• Respond to general inquires and emails
• Be willing to stay late or assist during irregular operations
• Use our reservation and dispatch system
• Interacting with drivers and issuing manifests
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems
• Highly motivated individual

Looking for qualified, professional, chauffeurs/drivers for a premier transportation service serving Steamboat Springs this upcoming winter ski season. We offer trips all over Colorado from Steamboat, including many airports (Denver, Hayden, Etc), Weddings and Event Transportation & More. Must have experience in driving, provide driving record (no major violations), consent to a background check, and general medical physical exam. This position is for either a non commercial drivers license position or CDL Position (CDL not required). We provide regular shuttle service between Steamboat Springs and the Hayden Airport (HDN/Yampa Valley Regional Airport). Must have experience driving full-size SUVs, Large vans, Winter driving, customer service or hospitality service, able to lift up to 50lbs, and able to provide a first class service to our guests. We are hiring immediately for this upcoming winter ski season, with both full and part time positions available.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Must be 21 Years of Age to apply
• High School diploma sir GED Equivalent Required
• Consent to MVR check (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Have current valid US drivers license
• Pass Physical Exam
• No Major moving violations (Points) on license
• Experience in guest services
• Ability to operate vehicles in all weather conditons
• Great communication skills one various forms of communication
• Keeping vehicle clean at all times, including washing interior and exterior at times
• Be a team player, willing to work hard, with a positive attitude at all times

Ski Town Transportation is hiring Vehicle/Fleet Detailers in Steamboat Springs, CO at our local office facility.

Vehicle fleet detailers are responsible for ensuring our vehicles are always clean and in tip top shape for our passengers. We pride ourselves in having the newest and most clean vehicles on the market, attention to detail is a must for this position. Detailers will work onsite at our wash bay facility equipped with all tools and supplies for detailing our fleet of SUV's, Shuttle Vans, and Mini Coach busses. Detailing includes interior and exterior washing.
